From Kitchen Roots to Tommy Boys
I’ve spent my life in kitchens, starting as a dishwasher and working my way up to the line. In 2011, I took a leap and bought my first pizzeria, running it for five years before stepping away from the industry. But the passion never left. In 2018, I purchased a longtime local bar, Stadium Grill, with a vision to reimagine it. That vision finally came to life in 2024.
A New Chapter, A New Name
In 2024, everything changed—we welcomed our first child, Thomas, and with him came new inspiration. That same year, Tommy Boys Pizza & Pub was born, blending years of experience with a fresh start. What began as a long journey through the kitchen and behind the bar has become a place built on family, community, and a love for great food and good times.
